The 2008 Japanese Grand Prix will take place on October 12 at the Fuji International Speedway in Oyama. The track has 16 turns and a distance of 4.563 KM (2.835 mile). Lewis Hamilton set the track record of 1:18:734 while driving for McLaren-Mercedes in 2007.
